By accepting booking or receiving any of our Services provided by Siam Body & Soul, you agree to our Terms and conditions of our Services .
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. You will be liable for the full cost of a session if you fail to attend an appointment without giving enough cancellation notice as above.
In case you need to cancel your appointment at short notice due to Covid-19 related symptoms, a long-term medical condition which varies from day to day or because you are pregnant, we are happy to review the cost of your treatment on a case by case basis.
NO REFUND.
Cancellation
It is important to keep to the agreed appointment time and duration. We appreciate that you may sometimes arrive a little late or need to leave earlier than planned. This is fine but we cannot make up for the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.

Lateness
Our gift vouchers valid 6 months from the date they were issued. In case you need to extend your expiry date due to Covid-19 related which varies from day to day or because you are pregnant, we are happy to review your voucher on a case by case basis.
